18 wood-framed townhouses and 39 condominiums ranging from 1,050 to more than 5,000 square feet in a 13-story reinforced concrete high-rise building

Project Size:
180,000 total square feet-90,000 square feet of condominiums, 45,000 square feet of townhouses and 45,000 square foot parking garage.

Remcon, Inc. completed all rough and finish carpentry as well as structural and miscellaneous steel installations, including the installation of all doors and hardware; installation of all custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry; installation of all interior finish trim work; installation of all bath accessories; construction of rooftop decks; and installation of metal hand and guard railings.
