Kimberly Remmereid

Kimberly Remmereid is the founder and president of Remcon, Inc., a leader in steel and precast erection and commercial carpentry in Omaha and the surrounding areas. In 2004, while serving as president of Remcon’s sister company, CYC Construction, Inc., she recognized a niche market for a company that can provide for customers’ multiple needs, and she formed Remcon to fulfill those needs.

With more than 18 years’ combined experience in human resources, business and construction, Kimberly brings comprehensive knowledge and expertise to the table. Kimberly’s philosophy of forming a virtual partnership with Remcon’s clients and working closely with them on every aspect of the project ensures that all of their expectations are met to their complete satisfaction.

Kimberly is a member of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands, the Society of Human Resource Management, and participates in many construction-related organizations.

Shawn Wentworth
Shawn Wentworth, promoted to Construction Manager recently oversee’s all Steel Erection and Precast Erection Services. Shawn has been with Remcon since 2005 and holds a master’s degree in civil engineering with emphasis in structures and a minor in business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a PCI Certified Field Auditor for precast erection, which makes Remcon the only qualified independent precast erector in the state of Nebraska.
Prior to coming to Remcon, Shawn served as a project engineer for a multi-discipline civil engineering firm, where he managed structural projects while focusing on the structural design.

Tim Miller
Tim Miller is a General Superintendent and Project Manager for Remcon. His responsibilities include scheduling manpower, job site production, estimating, and overall management of Carpentry Division.
Tim’s 20 years of experience in all phases of construction allow him to effectively manage any project to meet the needs of the owner. Tim works closely with the safety director to maintain a safe work environment for all employees and has taken many safety classes to enhance his safety certifications.

Cal Peacock
Cal Peacock is a Project Manger and Senior Estimator for Remcon Carpentry division. He is responsible for estimating and planning with contractors and owners. Cal also assists clients in planning and with preliminary estimates for projects whenever possible.
Starting as carpenter and concrete finisher, Cal worked his way from the field to overseeing large projects. Cal has been on both sides of the work and brings to us many years of knowledge and experience on commercial and residential construction projects.

Chris Lautenschlager
Chris Lautenschlager is a project manager/estimator for Remcon, Inc.
Chris joined Remcon in 2008. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in construction management. He also holds an associate Constructor designation by the American Institute of Constructors (AIC).
Prior to coming to Remcon, Chris gained a variety of construction experience from manual labor to management. He began his construction career as an iron worker while going to school at the University. After graduating he first worked as an assistant superintendent for a general contractor, then as a head project manager for a civil engineering firm, both in Lincoln.
